What if I place an order for Hardware and an item is out of stock? 
Once we process your order, if any of the items are out of stock, we will ship the items that are in stock and notify you of the out of stock items and their re-stock date. You will not be billed for any items that are not in stock. 
  
How is shipping calculated? 
Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Once the order is processed, if the actual shipping charge is less than the estimated amount you will receive a credit for the difference. Basically, you are charged the amount charged by the courier. 
 
How long will it take to receive my order? 
Orders are processed and shipped out of the warehouse within 24-48 hours from the the time the order was placed. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
